The World Puja Network Is Where The World Meets For Peace

 GOD’s Promise

I Am here with you my child. I Am here. I Am here to help you fully awaken.

I Am here to watch over you and to love you as you fully awaken to your power and use your Divine heritage to lead by example.

Since the beginning of your Creation, I have always known you would awaken to your powerful Divine Self, because you promised that you would.

I have long known that you would keep your promise even when you went into the deepest of sleeps.

I Am here with you as you take your final breaths of slumber, and fully awaken to the Powerful Beings that you are.

I  Am here to remind you of promises I made to you in exchange for the promise you made to Me.

I promised that I would never judge one moment of your journey to your awakened Self. And I do not.

I promised that I would support your every awakened moment. And I do.

I promised that I would move Heaven closer to you upon your awakening, and it is being done in this moment.

And I promised I would come ever closer to you as you came closer to yourself, and I AM.

I Am in awe of the masterpiece I created.

I Am in awe of your beauty and your courage and your commitment and I Am honored to have a part of Me living inside of you.

In the center of your heart is where I have kept company with the most powerful part of yourself awaiting your arrival. Now that you have arrived, will you continue to keep company with Me?

Will you cease looking for external understanding to validate your eternal worth? Your worth never existed in the world external or through a mortal mind.

It always has and always will lie in the center of your heart with Me and from time to time it will be reflected back to you from the world external, but not always.

I want you to know that your very presence when fully awakened allows every other being of my Creation a greater opportunity to experience their greatness. You have been created to make a difference in My world. And I love you.

Will you believe Me when I tell you how grateful I am that I created you exactly as you are? And will you come to peace knowing that Truth?

Do you know how much I love you?

When you forget, come to Me and I will remind you. When you remember come to Me and we will celebrate.

I will make two more promises to you and I will ask you to make two to Me.

Never forget Who You Are and I promise that I will always take care of you.

Promise to never push Me away and I promise to show you daily the many ways in which I love you.

May the Light of ALL that is good and great and powerful and wise accompany you on your magnificent journey, powerful child of mine. I travel inside of your every footstep.

Check out The Power of Less Video

19 12 2008

Often when we want to change our lives, we think we need more of something, more money, more food, more things. Over the last few months in particular I have been coming to the realisation that often, having or doing less can lead to having more  for example - less debt means more having more money, doing less means for time for relaxing or doing what I want just for starters.  And its amazing how getting rid of things that you don’t need or want often makes room for new things in life.

I just came across this cool video - take a look at: The Power of Less Video

I think it’s really relevant to so many things happening in the world today.

This idea of ‘less’ and greater simplicity in life really fits in with the ‘de-clutter’ posts of recent weeks. For me , it’s something to really consider as I head into a new year.

May 2009 be  a year of  new opportunities to live the life we each want to live and take better care of the planet and our environment at the same time.

Cheers Gail Kingston

De-clutter your life and improve your confidence 3

15 12 2008

Here are the final 2 sets of questions to help you to de-clutter your emotional stuff and gain more clarity.

Set 2 questions – Unfinished matters!

 ·         Make a list of things that are unresolved/unfinished in your life

·         Make an action plan of how to reduce this number!

·         Do you need to clear the air with anyone? If so, just do it! Life is too short!

·         Did you ever say that you were going to call someone or keep in touch with someone yet have done nothing about it? If yes, call them or send an email to them today

·         Let go of as many coulds, woulds, shoulds, maybe, oughts as you can. Write these down.

Set 3 questions – Your standards!

·         Write down the standards that you have been saying to yourself that you should have; let go of these and write down a list of the standards that you are going to have in your life from this day forward.

·         List 5 people who you admire the most. Identify their greatest qualities, behaviour and how they lead their life. What standards so they have? What standards could you raise starting today to be more like them?

·         Respect that other’s standards will be different from your own. Think of 5 close colleagues or friends – what are their standards and how are they different to yours?

By completing these exercises you will be able to focus more on the here the now and the future.

You will now be able to let go of some of the things that have been taking up your valuable attention units – those things that knock your self esteem and confidence.

How would you feel starting the 2009 with a clearer slate.

Til next time,

Gail

De-clutter your life and improve confidence 2

9 12 2008

To make this easier I have broken down the questions referred to in yesterday’s post into smaller chunks

SET 1 – What are  you putting up with or tolerating?

·         Make a list of 10 things that you are putting up with at home

·         Make a list of 10 things that you are putting up with at work

·         Make a list of 10 things that you are putting up with in any other area/s of your life

·         Make an action plan to get rid of/communicate these things that you have been putting up with if this will serve you well. Sometimes it may be more appropriate to find ways to accept things that you cannot change at least for now.

Which reminds me of a quote that went something like this that used to be on a wall plaque in my parent’s house.

“God grant me the serenity to change the things I can, to accept the things I cannot change and the wisdom to know the difference”

Set 2 will be posted in the next few days.

Love and blessings Gail

De-clutter your life and improve your confidence 1

8 12 2008

A lot of people carry around with them a lot of “baggage” or “clutter” in their minds.

When I say this I mean that they are still holding onto things that they say they should do but don’t, the person who they had a row with but both are not speaking to each other – but both want to, the coulds and shoulds in your life that hold you back – you need to let go, but you don’t.

These people carry around with them a lot of emotional attention that you could be doing without and focussing on something more productive instead!

Are you like this? I certainly have been and perhaps should admit that I still have some cleaning up to do?

If you are, I bet it had a negative influence on your confidence and self esteem or at least drained your energy.

The approach

Take a look at your life and get rid of this baggage by asking yourself a series of questions.

In effect, what we are doing is making certain tasks “complete”, drawing a line under them and moving on.

Another term for this is “psychological completion” or just “completion”.

Over the next couple of posts I’ll give you some questions to ask yourself to help you with the completion.

Happy decluttering!

Gail

The music of your heart

The music of your heart

Your Inner Being has a voice – and not only the small still one that we so often overlook or silence with our thoughts, but the song of the universe, the music of your heart that plays in the background of your life, every day, every minute, every moment.

It is a song that tells the story of you, of the choices you made, the path you took and the one you are on now – a path to reconnecting with the Knowing part of you, and it comes to you through reconnecting with those you love… it is a song of your glorious moments, of your saddest ones, of your moments of deep insight and utter loss, and the words to this song are those you choose from day to day.

We are blessed beings, flowing onward as energy, augmenting each other, every expanding, loving more and learning more with every passing day.

Learn the song of your heart – open up to the place within you that lies beyond the fear, beyond the trepidation and doubt, beyond your demons and dragons – that quiet place where this melody, constant as the stars, is playing all the time.

Plug into the magnificent you – stand back for a moment in the course of your busy day and look at that child chasing a ball, the way the dog wriggles in the grass, just enjoying the sun and dogginess, – taste more, enjoy more, drink in this symphony that is your life … in its joy, its majesty, and its full amplitude.

This amazing song that is you.
